لكننا نُقدّر التزاماتكم وتغيّر الخطط، لذا تنطبق السياسة التالية على الورش والمنتجات:

بالنسبة للورش:

إلغاء في نفس اليوم: لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع.

إلغاء قبل ٢٤ ساعة: يُردّ ٥٠٪ من قيمة الورشة.

إلغاء قبل ٤٨ ساعة أو أكثر: يُردّ المبلغ كاملًا.
تُعالج عمليات الاسترجاع خلال ٧ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل بعد الموافقة على الطلب.

بالنسبة للمنتجات:

نقبل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع فقط في الحالات التالية:

المنتج وصل تالفًا أو به عيب في التصنيع.

تم إرسال منتج غير صحيح بالخطأ.

يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال ٣ أيام من استلام الطلب لترتيب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
تكاليف الشحن يتحملها العميل ما لم يكن الخطأ من جانبنا.

بإتمامك لعملية الشراء أو التسجيل في أي ورشة، فإنك توافق على مشاركة معلوماتك معنا والتي قد نستخدمها في موادنا التسويقية أو التوثيقية (مثل الصور أو اللقطات من الورش أو الفعاليات)، بما لا يخلّ بخصوصيتك الشخصية.

Because our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.
However, we understand plans may change — here’s our policy for workshops and products:

Workshops:

Same-day cancellations: No refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund.

Cancellations 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved.

Products:

Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

An incorrect item or size was sent in error.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the error was ours.

By submitting a workshop registration or completing a purchase, you agree to share your information with us, which may be used in our marketing or documentation channels (such as photos, stories, or highlights from our events) while respecting your privacy.

سياسة الشحن ومدة الخدمة | Shipping & Service Duration Policy

داخل مصر: تُعالج الطلبات خلال ٣ إلى ٥ أيام عمل، ويتم الشحن عبر شركات التوصيل المحلية.

الورش والخدمات: يتم تأكيد الحجز فور الدفع، مع إرسال تذكير قبل الورشة بـ٢٤ ساعة.

الشحن الدولي: متاح عند الطلب، ومدة التوصيل تختلف حسب الدولة.

يرجى ملاحظة أن المنتجات المصنوعة يدويًا قد تتطلب وقتًا إضافيًا لضمان الجودة.

Domestic (Egypt): Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via local couriers.

Workshops & Services: Confirmed immediately after payment, with reminders sent 24 hours prior.

International Shipping: Available upon request; delivery times vary by country.

Handmade products may take additional preparation time to ensure quality.
