Since our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. However, we understand your commitments and that plans may change, so the following policy applies to workshops and products:

Workshops:

• Same Day Cancellation: No refunds allowed.
• Cancel 24 hours in advance: 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.
• Cancel 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund.
• Returns are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the request is approved.
• By completing your registration for any workshop, you agree to share your information with us, which may be used in our marketing or documentation materials (such as photos or footage from workshops or events), in a way that does not compromise your personal privacy.

Products:

We only accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
• An incorrect product was sent in error.
• Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or return.
• Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the fault is on our side.

Shipping Policy & Service Time:

• Within Egypt: Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days and shipped via local delivery companies.
• Workshops & services: Booking is confirmed immediately upon payment.
