Improve your handwriting workshop / Reda El-Anwar

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

In this workshop, we’ll learn how to improve our handwriting and write more neatly. We’ll refine letterforms and their connections using the rules of Naskh script. We’ll also learn how to write our names in both Ruq‘ah and Naskh, and understand the differences between them.This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their handwriting—no prior experience in Arabic calligraphy is required.

ABOUT REDA AL-ANWAR:

The calligraphy artist Reda Al-Anwar is a board member of the Egyptian Calligraphers Syndicate, a member of the Egyptian General Society for Arabic Calligraphy, and a member of the Civil Association for Fine Arts. He is a graduate of the Arabic Calligraphy Academy and specializes in Arabic calligraphy and Islamic ornamentation.

He has participated in many art exhibitions both inside and outside Egypt. Among the most notable are the Al Janadriyah Festival exhibition in Riyadh and several exhibitions in Saudi Arabia and Denmark. He has also taken part in numerous local exhibitions in Cairo, including exhibitions held at Beit El-Suhaymi, the Museum of Islamic Art, the Mohamed Ali Museum, and Prince Taz Palace.
