ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

In this masterclass, we will learn the fundamentals of designing and drawing letters in different styles and methods that give words a unique voice and personality. Using the specialized font design application **Glyphs**, participants will explore how to create letterforms creatively.The workshop is suitable for anyone interested in discovering the world of letter design and experimenting with designs where the main element is typography.

ABOUT AMR BAKR & ALAA ELHADIDY:

Amr Bakr and Alaa ElHadidy are graphic and type designers who graduated from the German University in Cairo, Faculty of Applied Arts and Sciences, in 2021. In 2022, they founded Hassen Khattak type foundry to create experimental work with letters and typefaces within the context of graphic design, whether in Arabic or Latin scripts.
