سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال | Refund & Exchange Policy

Since our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. However, we understand your commitments and that plans may change, so the following policy applies to workshops and products:

Workshops:

  • Same Day Cancellation: No refunds allowed.
  • Cancel 24 hours in advance: 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.
  • Cancel 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund.

Returns are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the request is approved.

Products:

  • The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • An incorrect product was sent in error.

سياسة الشحن ومدة الخدمة | Shipping & Service Duration Policy

Within Egypt: Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days and shipped via local delivery companies.

Workshops and services: Bookings are confirmed upon payment, with a reminder sent 24 hours prior to the workshop.

International shipping: Available upon request, delivery time varies by country.

Please note that handmade products may require additional time to ensure quality.

By using SAAD The Studio’s website or completing any purchase or registration, you agree to the following:

  • All content, designs, and visual works on the site are the property of SAD Studio and reuse without prior permission is prohibited.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • SAAD The Studio reserves the right to modify or cancel any workshop in case of an emergency, with either a refund or rescheduling.

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث. قد نستخدم الصور أو اللقطات المأخوذة أثناء الورش أو الفعاليات في محتوى توثيقي أو تسويقي، مع احترام كامل لخصوصيتك.
